Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please contact the office as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a $50 missed appointment fee.
For new patients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in $150 charge.
I understand life happens and have empathy towards those happenings but my time and services are my livelihood and business. Thank you for understanding.
We do our best to be transparent in all prices but we do have to comply by the Federal standards of the rights and protection of consumers. In compliance with the “No Surprises Act” starting on January 1, 2022, “Good Faith Estimates” are available upon request and will be provided to all patients within 3 business days. This is done to protect your rights and to protect against potential "surprise billing". It is difficult to determine the true length of treatment for mental healthcare and each client has a right to decide how long they would like to participate in psychotherapy service. We can collaborate together to determine how many sessions you need and put that into your treatment plan.
