I am a compassionate provider seeking to help people discover their own ability to create better spiritual, emotional, and mental balance on their human journey.

My experience in healthcare expands over 10 years from beginning as a certified pharmacy technician to registered nurse to now a Masters prepared, board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. 

My specific psychiatric interests include:

Traveling (who doesn't love to travel)

Fun Fact about me:

Despite being born in Puerto Rico, many moons ago, I didn't learn Spanish until attending school in Puerto Rico in my 20s to complete my Bachelors Degree in Nursing. That was a struggle journey in itself, learning another language as well as nursing!
