Healing is non-linear and many people are looking for a more integrative approach to dealing with the difficulties they are facing mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
Mental illness has grown to be one of the leading causes for disruption at home, in school, and at work. Adults and children are caught in a "rat race" and do not have the proper tools or resources to heal or rest their mind, body, or spirit. Humanity is unbalanced.
Oftentimes in a traditional psychiatry practice, you are rushed through the appointment and could be left with questions about the care you received and the treatment plan established for you.
Purposeful Discovery Call
In this free 15 minute appointment, I will introduce myself for the first 5 minutes. We can then discuss what your goals are for treatment and how you would like me to help along the journey and see if we are a good fit.
Educating the Community
Choosing to be a part of this healing community comes with benefits. I am passionate about my belief in purposeful care and connection. Providing education through personal or group meetings is very important because you may not be alone in this journey. I work not just with you, but other members of the community to build a safe space and network of people working together to create a more balanced and healthy world.
